What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of analytics managers and senior analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Partner with VP/SVP-level stakeholders to influence organizational strategy, translating complex business challenges into actionable analytics initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of multi-year analytics roadmaps and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
• Guide teams in applying advanced analytics techniques, machine learning concepts, and statistical methods to create meaningful change for B2B partners.
• Establish best practices for analytics engineering, model development, and data visualization.
• Champion inclusive design principles and data democratization, empowering stakeholders through automated dashboards and training.

Requirements

• PhD, Master's, or bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or comparable role.
• 4+ years of experience managing analytical teams, including experience developing managers who lead teams of analysts.
• Proven track record creating meaningful changes through multi-year roadmaps or programs with measurable business impact.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, R, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience applying statistical techniques, experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference), and machine learning concepts to solve business problems.
