What you will do

• Lead the frontend engineering team to deliver and support business solutions using React.
• Design and implement web applications and modules utilizing React and Node.js.
• Enforce high-quality code review practices for maintainable and scalable front-end code.
• Monitor service performance and mitigate incidents using tools like New Relic and Grafana.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and technical development.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead role.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS.
• Experience with unit testing, e2e testing, and API integration.
• English: B1 proficiency required.
• Ability to work within a hybrid office environment in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale, distributed software applications.
• Familiarity with linters, semantic code, and webpack.
• Proficiency in Waterfall methodology in addition to Agile/SCRUM.
