Location: Hybrid role working from our New York City office 3 days per week.

Salary: $185,500 - $299,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of critical frontend systems and client platforms.
• Provide hands-on guidance to multiple engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced user interfaces and reusable components using modern frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define and build new features.
• Act as a mentor and role model for junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Champion best practices in code quality, accessibility, performance, and testing.

Requirements

• Have 8+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
• Have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, high-performance, and scalable web applications, in collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead technical projects and mentor other engineers.
• Have experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Have a strong understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility principles.
• Are familiar with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
