What you will do

• Collaborate with designers to transform Figma prototypes into scalable React/TypeScript components.
• Own and evolve an internal UI component library to ensure design consistency.
• Configure and orchestrate AI coding agents to automate scaffolding, testing, and accessibility audits.
• Optimize components for WCAG accessibility and performance metrics like bundle size and render times.
• Maintain and improve microfrontend architecture based on SingleSPA.
• Act as a consulting engineer for product teams to debug performance issues and promote best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and maintain UI component libraries at scale.
• Deep understanding of web standards and accessibility (WCAG 2.x).
• Expertise in build tools like Vite/Webpack and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience configuring AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
• Quality-driven mindset with experience in unit, integration, and visual regression testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with microfrontend patterns like Module Federation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with Developer Portals such as Backstage.
