What you will do

• Develop and maintain production and characterization test programs on the Advantest 93K platform.
• Design tester hardware and convert test patterns from simulation to ATE format.
• Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams to enhance testability and optimize silicon process flows.
• Lead test time reduction, yield improvement initiatives, and production program releases.
• Create comprehensive test documentation and methodologies to meet rigorous product specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform development.
• Proven expertise in silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Perl, and working within a Linux environment.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information as per U.S. export control laws.
