 Company is an international payment infrastructure group with a strong focus on high-risk industries. We operate across 30+ countries with a core focus on Europe, Latin America, CIS, and Asia, building sustainable payment routes and scalable infrastructure.
 We are now looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support the development of our payment infrastructure projects and ensure smooth operations during client onboarding.
 
 🔧 Responsibilities:

•  Manage and coordinate projects related to onboarding merchant storefronts into acquiring banks and payment processors.
•  Oversee preparation, validation, and submission of full documentation packages for merchant onboarding with banks-acquirers.
•  Act as a single coordination point between merchants, acquiring banks, and internal teams during onboarding and integration phases.
•  Collect, analyze, and process feedback from banks and payment partners regarding required changes to merchant storefronts, flows, and documentation.
•  Coordinate compliance, product, technical, and risk teams to implement required adjustments and ensure alignment with bank and scheme requirements.
•  Monitor onboarding timelines, milestones, deadlines, and bank feedback cycles to ensure successful and timely launch.
•  Ensure structured communication, status reporting, and issue tracking across all onboarding stakeholders.
•  Operate effectively in a fast-paced acquiring environment with multiple parallel merchant onboardings and tight regulatory deadlines.

✅ Requirements:

•  3+ years of experience in project management, fintech, or payments.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Ability to manage documentation, feedback, and corrections in a structured way.
•  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•  Fluent English.
