What you will do

• Lead QA efforts for the engine development branch to ensure stability in Game Editor and Runtime.
• Design, maintain, and execute test plans, strategies, and quality gating processes.
• Report technical bugs using debuggers, crash aggregation tools, and console managers.
• Create and maintain quality reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Assist in integration workflows between game teams and the shared engine platform.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to CI/CD pipeline stability.

Requirements

• Several years of technical QA experience in the games industry, specifically with AAA engines.
• Experience testing game editors and game runtime environments.
• Proficiency in using Windows debuggers, crash aggregation tools, and platform target managers.
• Strong experience designing test coverage, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English for reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with automated testing implementation alongside developers.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, TestRail, or similar tracking tools.
