What you will do

• Define and maintain acceptance test workflows across product and project lifecycles.
• Plan and continuously improve verification and validation processes and operations.
• Review, release, and standardize test documentation, including verification matrices.
• Establish guidelines for test design and execution while mentoring development teams.
• Implement a modern test automation framework adapted to team requirements.
• Analyze test results, perform fault tracing, and conduct regression analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least a couple of years of experience in complex system verification.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Proven background in test planning, team coordination, and system usability validation.
• Strong analytical skills in identifying improvements and performing root cause analysis.
• Must pass a security vetting process (citizenship obligations may apply).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DOORS, Jira, and GIT.
• Experience with requirements as code.
• Understanding of both software and hardware development cycles.
• Experience with requirements management and compliance standards.
