What you will do

• Lead design and architecture for complex transportation systems while contributing high-quality code.
• Drive cross-team collaboration to solve performance, security, and delivery challenges.
• Decompose large-scale technical solutions into manageable tasks for junior team members.
• Implement telemetry and monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and observability.
• Establish and promote engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work from the office in Wroclaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in microservices and RESTful architectural patterns.
