• Ensure successful project delivery through effective team management.
• Oversee the architecture of solutions and domains managed by your team.
• Take ownership of microservices covering business domains in cooperation with the Product Team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Promote and enforce good programming practices, processes, and design patterns.
• Support the development and well-being of your team members.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a development team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring.
• Vast knowledge of OOP paradigms, design patterns, and other software development practices.
• Enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge about new technologies and the financial industry.
• Ability to find solutions and propose architecture using: DDD, EventSourcing, CQRS, Reactive Programming.
• Experience in taking part in the full development lifecycle, from design discussions and planning to implementation and production deployment.
• Knowledge of the following technologies: Java 17/21, Kotlin, Spring Framework, Microsoft Sql Server, Apache Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.
