What you will do

• Compose community-facing communications, including spotlights and release notes for the Creator Platform.
• Compile and synthesize community sentiment analysis and feedback for internal leadership.
• Maintain an active presence and moderate community channels such as Discord and Cfx.re forums.
• Collaborate with Creator Platform leadership to ensure strategy alignment and scheduling.
• Escalate community needs and insights to relevant development and support teams.
• Assist with moderation efforts across community platforms including Reddit.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, communications, or marketing within the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
• Proven expertise in managing and moderating online communities on platforms like Discord and Reddit.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across marketing, development, and support teams.
• Demonstrated ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with diverse player audiences.
• Passion for fostering engagement and creating an inclusive community environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Grand Theft Auto or FiveM/RedM modding ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages or game development tools.
• Experience curating popular community content and managing social media channels.
