What you will do

• Define product features and scope balancing design excellence, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate strategy into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
• Drive product roadmap execution and coordinate successful market launches with GTM teams.
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to shape future product concepts and direction.
• Define and track key product success metrics to communicate value clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management for SaaS products at scale.
• Expertise in delivering high-quality software with a deep understanding of product development life cycles.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong eye for design and UX, providing constructive feedback to design teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for discovery, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment.
• English: C1+ level required.
• Russian: C1+ level required.

• Background in creating site builders or complex web tools.
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Professional experience as a product designer.
