What you will do

• Define and drive hirify.global’s endpoint security strategy and roadmap.
• Own the architecture, controls, and tooling used to secure user-operated devices.
• Design and enforce endpoint hardening standards across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Lead the deployment and optimization of EDR/XDR solutions.
• Integrate endpoints into identity and access controls, including device trust and conditional access.
• Build and automate endpoint configuration management workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with a focus on endpoint or device security.
• Deep experience securing macOS, Linux, and/or Windows environments at scale.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR tools such as CrowdStrike or SentinelOne.
• Experience with device management platforms, including MDM/UEM tools such as Jamf or Intune.
• Strong understanding of endpoint hardening, patching, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with zero trust concepts, including device trust and conditional access.
