What you will do

• Adapt existing platform components to new customer environments
• Implement client-specific features and integrations
• Support and evolve internal backend libraries
• Investigate and fix production and on-premise issues
• Work on logging, tracing, observability improvements
• Participate in pilots where the platform must be adjusted quickly

Requirements

• 7+ years of production experience with Python
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with async Python (FastAPI, aiohttp, or similar frameworks) in production
• Ability to debug issues across service boundaries
• Comfortable working with partially defined tasks and evolving requirements
• Ready to work in a fast-changing, high-uncertainty environment
• Open to using AI tools in daily development and troubleshooting

Nice to have

• Interest in infrastructure and system design
• Hands-on experience with service delivery/integrations
• Background in startup or other fast-moving, high-uncertainty environments
• Practical experience working with gRPC
