What you will do

• Align autonomous teams toward complex, cross-pillar programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Coordinate program plans across architecture, operations, technical, and creative departments.
• Facilitate and manage Agile project management processes and team rituals for large-scale projects.
• Build and maintain roadmaps to foster transparency and predictability in project delivery.
• Manage risks and issues while ensuring program milestones are achieved against objectives.
• Standardize communication, best practices, and tools between platform teams and their customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience in software development, infrastructure, or live operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and leadership communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with iterative methodologies like Scrum and Agile.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to demonstrate success in complex organizational environments.
