Technical Program Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional programs integrating Riot's games with Publishing Platform products.
• Align autonomous teams across complex, cross-pillar initiatives tied to strategic priorities.
• Create program plans, scope projects, and facilitate Agile ceremonies for large or team-of-team projects.
• Build roadmaps, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and report program performance.
• Standardize communication practices, tools, and terminology across platform teams and their customers.
• Support product release and go-to-market planning while tracking program expenditures and ROI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with iterative development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile, plus supporting tools such as JIRA.
• Experience in software development, infrastructure, or live operations management.

Nice to have

• Program management experience in a large distributed organization.
• Experience managing software or video game products from conception and development through launch and live-service operations.
• Experience with software products in the gaming or entertainment industry.
