Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - New York City, NY

Salary: $102,600.00 - $179,250.00 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement full‑stack applications and platform components that enable rapid development, validation, and deployment of AI agents.
• Build and evolve AI agents using current LLM patterns to improve quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Build developer tooling and workflows for safe iteration: evaluations, rollout/rollback strategies, canaries, telemetry, and quality/cost tracking.
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices, aligned to platform control expectations.
• Build cloud-native services across a hybrid deployment model where FAB design/back-office services are hosted on AWS while enabling runtime services to run on AWS and Azure.
• Drive architecture, unblock delivery, mentor engineers, and take ownership of larger initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development skills and cloud experience.
• Expertise in at least one of: AI agent development & evaluation, backend development, frontend development, cloud services, CI/CD & IaC, SRE/operations, testing strategy, secure SDLC.
• Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production; strong ownership and cross-functional communication.
