Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Drive planning and execution tracking for security, GRC, and IT programs to ensure milestones and dependencies are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional working sessions to maintain accountability and resolve blockers across security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting to provide leadership with clear visibility into program progress and risk reduction metrics.
• Maintain operational workflows and documentation to ensure organizational standards for security tasks.
• Support the coordination of security activities related to compliance, risk remediation, and the broader security roadmap.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline operational workflows and execution discipline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security program management, compliance operations, or IT project management.
• Must be based in or prepared to relocate to Boston, MA to work on-site.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with security/compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard development, data synthesis, and program tracking tools.
• Must have US work authorization.

• Experience working in environments adopting AI technologies or automation tools.
• Proficiency in SQL or scripting for data analysis and reporting.
