Location: Richmond, UK. Hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Run the business cadence, including leadership team meetings and cross-functional working groups.
  • Prepare the leadership team for Board meetings by creating materials and maintaining dashboards.
  • Act as the lead Incident Manager during business-wide crises.
  • Manage the company’s risk portfolio.
  • Develop and refine core business processes, such as New Product Development.
  • Coach and mentor project leads to develop a best-in-class delivery culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing business-wide incidents or high-stakes crises.
  • Experience preparing strategic materials for C-Suite or Board-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and resolve functional conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and refine core business processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale strategic programs.
  • Ability to set up and execute business planning.

Nice to have

  • Nationally recognised certification in a project methodology.
  • Comfortable with Commercial Finance terminology.
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or technology enabled background.
  • Formal or informal training experience for internal audiences.
  • Ability to prioritise between Director driven initiatives and strategic workstreams.
