Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption, expansion, and customer advocacy.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing GRC subject-matter expertise and technical Risk Cloud product advice.
- Own the tracking of customer health and proactively engage at-risk customers.
- Support implementation project management and serve as a technical expert.
- Conduct training and provide training resources for Power Users and end users on the Risk Cloud platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory.
- Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001.
- Passion for SaaS applications and understanding the value and limitations of the Risk Cloud platform.
- Great people skills with the ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- A drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to understand our customers' problems and then effectively communicate and demonstrate how Risk Cloud can help.
