hirify.global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in the games industry to support their growing team.

What you will do

• Actively search for candidates across platforms like LinkedIn and ArtStation.
• Manage candidates through the ATS (Teamtailor).
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates on skills, mindset, and communication.
• Collaborate with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment within the games industry.
• Strong understanding of gamedev roles, especially art and technical positions.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience working with ATS systems (Teamtailor is a strong plus).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proactive, independent, and well-organized mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for outsourcing / co-development studios.
• Familiarity with art portfolios and basic quality assessment.
• Existing network within gamedev.
