What you will do

• Be a cyber incident decision maker, ensuring appropriate mitigation controls and incident response.
• Provide security advice and remediation to Lines of Business within BT and external customers.
• Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
• Support team leader and line manager.
• Ensure full awareness of the need to always safeguard sensitive customer information.

Requirements

• Expertise in at least one platform or program: Comptia Network + & Security +, Fortinet, Cisco ASA & FirePower, Palo Alto, Azure / AWS, Python, Go, Bash, Native Cloud Security, Linux/Unix OS, Windows OS.
• Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP & OSI seven-layer model and how data networks are structured and operate.
• Knowledge of the best engineering practices and continuous delivery.
• Always maintain appropriate levels of clearance (MPS, NPPV3 & SC clearances).
