TL;DR
Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the development of critical product registration and onboarding flows with an accent on compliance, scalability, and user experience. Focus on managing cross-functional squads, executing strategic roadmaps, and optimizing complex architectures for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention processes.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico City, Mexico. Hybrid role (2-3 times/week in office).

What you will do
- Lead the RegEx squad to drive optimization and future development of registration processes.
- Manage the end-to-end strategic roadmap while balancing technical complexity and user delight.
- Align and empower multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, and Analytics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in AML, fraud, and KYC to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical and product leadership by understanding system architecture and best practices.
- Foster a high-performance culture and support the growth of team members.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency required for daily communication.
- Extensive experience in Product Management and leading technical squads.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex system architectures and registration flows.
- Conceptual knowledge of KYC, AML, and fraud processes.
- Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mexico City.
