TL;DR

Location: Full remote, based in Poland
Salary: 80,000–110,000 PLN per year

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a small development team
- Coordinate technical activities and system rollouts with stakeholders
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Review code to ensure high quality and adherence to standards
- Optimize development tools and infrastructure processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong background in embedded development (C)
- Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Must be based in Poland
- Solid understanding of system-level architecture and testing processes
Nice to have
- Experience with IoT platforms or edge device ecosystems
- Knowledge of VoIP or communication systems
