Salesforce Developer

TL;DR

Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud): Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions across international landscape with an accent on custom functionality using Apex and LWC, integrations and platform scalability. Focus on developing REST APIs, event-driven patterns, improving CI/CD pipelines and ensuring performance, security and data quality.

Location: This role can be based in Amsterdam or Edinburgh. International role with occasional travel to other hirify.global offices.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components and configuration.
• Build and maintain integrations with REST APIs, middleware and event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and teams on solution design and best practices.
• Contribute to development standards, release processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support proofs of concept from idea to production, ensuring scalability and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations).
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models and security concepts.
• Comfortable in international matrix organization, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for learning new Salesforce features.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling and version control (e.g. Git).
