TL;DR

Software Engineer - AI Tools (AI): Building and evolving a shared AI platform to support over a thousand developers with an accent on IDE integrations, workflow optimization, and internal platform services. Focus on enabling AI adoption across the R&D organization, assessing technical and organizational risks, and fostering an internal AI engineering community.

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site at the Lund HQ, Sweden

What you will do

Develop and maintain a shared AI platform for R&D teams.
Design and implement IDE integrations and developer workflow improvements.
Evaluate new AI capabilities and integrate them into the existing toolset.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts to assess risks and establish safe development practices.
Create educational materials and conduct training sessions to drive AI adoption.
Act as a trusted advisor to developers, managers, and stakeholders regarding AI best practices.

Requirements

Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Professional experience in software engineering.
Experience with developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, VS Code, or similar.
Knowledge of platform engineering or shared developer infrastructure.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics.
Ability to work on-site in Lund, Sweden

Nice to have

Experience with developer education, pedagogy, or coaching.
Background in change management within technical organizations.
