What you will do

• Troubleshoot IT issues for multiple clients via email, chat, and remote access tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and office hardware.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and basic network configurations.
• Monitor systems, apply updates, and verify data backups.
• Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance support efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Level 1 or Level 2 IT support
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
• Solid understanding of basic networking principles
• Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
