What you will do
- Troubleshoot IT issues for multiple clients via email, chat, and remote access tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and office hardware.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and basic network configurations.
- Monitor systems, apply updates, and verify data backups.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance support efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Level 1 or Level 2 IT support
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Solid understanding of basic networking principles
- Familiarity with remote support tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to have
- Experience working within an outsourcing environment
- Previous experience providing support to SMEs
