What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query, clean, and transform large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support self-service analytics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior, engagement, and game features.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Perform quality assurance on reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar).
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytics or data-focused role.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python (including data manipulation and transformation).
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python frameworks such as PySpark.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., cloud-based data warehousing or big data environments).
• Experience with tools such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Background or strong interest in gaming or player behavior analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
