What you will do
- Drive the company's analytical strategy.
- Unite the technical department, marketing, and business for joint architectural decisions.
- Audit the current infrastructure and choose optimal cloud storage, BI systems, and tracking tools.
- Scale events strategically, forming requirements and managing resources for technical pipeline implementation.
- Build an internal Center of Excellence, gathering analysts into a cohesive team and establishing mentorship processes.
- Transform analytics into a convenient internal service, seamlessly combining product expertise with marketing attribution and unit economics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Practical experience in team management and leading complex projects across different departments.
- High level of stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern visualization tools.
- Conceptual understanding of cloud storage and Modern Data Stack.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the language of business and understand product metrics, funnels, and user acquisition principles.
