What you will do

• Line manage 4-8 product engineers, supporting their growth and providing regular feedback.
• Contribute to strategic, high-impact work and lead by example on quality and pace.
• Provide technical guidance on complex B2B SaaS products and features.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions and make smart trade-offs.
• Drive the adoption of AI tooling and agentic development workflows.
• Build a high-performing, accountable team culture.

Requirements

• Experience line managing engineers and helping them grow.
• Senior-level expertise in Python, Django, TypeScript, React, React Native, Celery, or Temporal.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products in B2B SaaS environments.
• Enthusiasm for AI tooling and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to move between coding, coaching, technical decision-making, and stakeholder conversations.
• Experience working in product engineering environments.
