What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics for public and corporate programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate program and participant records, including attendance tracking and reporting.
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Build strong working relationships with corporate clients, trainers, and facilitators.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional services environment or a corporate client–facing function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly IT-savvy, comfortable navigating digital platforms.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize effectively under tight timelines.
