What you will do

• Work with Growth and Creative teams to build and test marketing concepts.
• Produce static and motion graphics for user acquisition and marketing campaigns.
• Use After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality work.
• Leverage AI tools to deliver visuals.
• Stay current with mobile ad and social media trends.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve creative choices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing art, motion graphics, or creative production.
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong ability to translate data and performance insights into visually impactful concepts.
• Proven ability to integrate generative AI models into a professional production pipeline.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on and proactive.
