What you will do

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of infrastructure and operations engineers.
• Oversee infrastructure reliability and performance across AWS and hybrid environments.
• Drive improvements in observability, incident response, and operational processes.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and infrastructure-as-code implementation.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to design scalable, resilient systems.
• Contribute technically to infrastructure design and complex troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and production operations at scale.
