• Oversee M&A due diligence and assist with post-acquisition integration.
• Advise product teams on IP, data protection, and new feature development.
• Manage legal entities across various global jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel worldwide.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with Law Society of Ontario.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.
• Extensive experience in SaaS and software-related legal transactions.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy requirements and protection agreements.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and commercial deal-making.
