What you will do

• Build and own the risk function end-to-end.
• Implement risk frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
• Lead enterprise, operational, and regulatory risk (VARA alignment).
• Act as independent second line of defence.
• Manage ongoing regulator engagement and reporting.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years in risk (or strong #2 stepping into a lead role).
• Background in banking, exchanges, or regulated environments.
• Expertise in enterprise and operational risk.
• Experience working with regulators and risk frameworks.
• Digital assets exposure is highly preferred.
