What you will do

• Develop and implement corporate physical security strategy, policies, and standards.
• Lead security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat analyses.
• Lead the development and implementation of the corporate HSE management system in alignment with international standards.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on security risks and incidents.
• Lead, mentor, and develop security and HSE teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Safety Engineering, HSE, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
• CPP, PSP, or equivalent security certification.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate physical security and HSE management.
• Strong background in risk management, crisis response, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with senior executives and external authorities.
