What you will do
- Develop and maintain SEO/GEO strategies optimized for traditional and AI-driven search engines.
- Design and optimize marketing automation flows, scoring, and segmentation within HubSpot.
- Manage conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure high data quality.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide actionable pipeline and conversion insights.
- Establish scalable marketing operations, including attribution models and funnel analytics.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, marketing automation, or marketing performance analysis.
- Strong technical understanding of tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business-enablement strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML and technical SEO/GEO concepts.
- Experience working in a structured, quality-focused environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Copenhagen.
Nice to have
- Native or high proficiency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
- Experience with AI-driven search behavior optimization.
