Location: Onsite in Madison, Wisconsin; must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE >$235k).

What you will do
- Lead discovery meetings to identify client operational gaps and transformation opportunities.
- Develop and present actionable, ROI-driven technology recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Manage the Managed IT and Digital Transformation pre-sales pipeline to meet sales quotas.
- Align tailored solutions including cloud infrastructure, security, and AI-driven insights with client goals.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine business transformation assessments.
- Provide training to sales teams on identifying opportunities across IT and security service lines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in network engineering, systems engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Proven expertise in server/network infrastructure, Azure, M365, virtualization, and security.
- Strong understanding of business applications like CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner or Managed Services Provider (MSP) is highly valued.
