What you will do

• Manage official employment and termination processes across international entities in compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate documentation for visas, work permits, and residence permits while supporting employees throughout the process.
• Provide expert consultations on international taxation, double taxation, and social security matters.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Accounting teams to resolve complex global mobility issues.
• Track case statuses, analyze trends, and maintain the internal knowledge base for mobility policies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including tax consultants and immigration lawyers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Law, or Visa/Travel fields.
• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Deep knowledge of international immigration procedures, work permits, and residence requirements.
• Understanding of compensation calculations, including tax equalization and split-payroll mechanisms.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, International Economics, or International Affairs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Office, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
