What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds and high-volume prosumers.
- Coordinate strategy and proactive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
- Represent the firm in face-to-face meetings, industry conferences, and organized client events.
- Channel critical feedback into pricing and product development teams to enhance institutional offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales, support, and CRM workflows for the institutional business.
- Apply generative AI tools and human-in-the-loop practices to improve workflow efficiency and communication quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US as indicated by US-specific benefits (401(k), HSA) and E-Verify requirements.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in crypto trading, custody, or traditional institutional banking and brokerage.
- Proven ability to source and close high-profile clients with a strong track record.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the hedge fund segment and deep understanding of prime-brokerage services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex data and information into clear strategies.
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools like LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean in daily workflows.
