What you will do

• Define and lead QA strategy across multiple mobile game projects, balancing speed with product quality.
• Design and scale automated testing workflows and CI integration to accelerate validation and reduce regression duration.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to build and implement tools that enhance testing capabilities and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate risks early in the development lifecycle by participating in design and refinement.
• Mentor QA engineers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team.
• Maintain high quality standards for frequent LiveOps updates and releases.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of QA experience, with a proven track record in mobile game development.
• Proven ability to design and maintain automation strategies for regression and critical paths.
• Experience improving CI/CD integrations, test infrastructure, and maintaining high stability in test suites.
• Strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies in a LiveOps environment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on escaped issues and implement preventive measures.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to align on quality standards and risks.
