What you will do

• Define and maintain technical roadmaps, target architectures, and governance models for Data and AI domains.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by translating business objectives into architectural requirements.
• Guide Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and architectural guardrails.
• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects within the domain.
• Evolve reference architectures to accelerate development, delivery, and scalability.
• Conduct architecture reviews and support decision-making processes across the group.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, data, analytics, or AI roles.
• Proven background in AI, analytics, and data software delivery in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of modern AI, BI platforms, and the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on architectural execution.
• Background in Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in large enterprise or group-level transformation programs.
• Experience participating in architecture governance bodies.
• Experience mentoring solution architects at a domain level.
