What you will do
- Define and maintain technical roadmaps, target architectures, and governance models for Data and AI domains.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by translating business objectives into architectural requirements.
- Guide Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and architectural guardrails.
- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects within the domain.
- Evolve reference architectures to accelerate development, delivery, and scalability.
- Conduct architecture reviews and support decision-making processes across the group.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, data, analytics, or AI roles.
- Proven background in AI, analytics, and data software delivery in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of modern AI, BI platforms, and the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on architectural execution.
- Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience in large enterprise or group-level transformation programs.
- Experience participating in architecture governance bodies.
- Experience mentoring solution architects at a domain level.
