What you will do

• Oversee lease administration, portfolio tracking, and critical date management via the AVANT platform.
• Support real estate managers with lease transactions including renewals, terminations, and expansions.
• Create purchase orders and manage cost center allocations within SAP.
• Map current workflows to identify and execute automation opportunities.
• Lead the transition from manual processes to AI-powered solutions for lease analysis and vendor management.
• Maintain compliance reporting and perform quarterly physical access audits.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP, database management, and real estate platforms.
• Working knowledge of process automation platforms.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for dashboard and report creation.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance and IT teams.
• Must be based in Bucharest for onsite work.
