What you will do

• Act as a primary technical expert for the developer community, helping users deploy and scale hirify.global in cloud-native environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, performance, and availability issues in distributed systems.
• Develop observability solutions using Grafana and Prometheus to improve system diagnostics.
• Automate infrastructure operations using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to influence platform improvements and simplify troubleshooting workflows.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluency in one or more: Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience managing large-scale architectures using Kubernetes or Docker.
• Strong background in monitoring tools and troubleshooting production performance issues.
• Minimum one year in a customer-facing role.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, solutions architecture, or customer engineering roles.
• Knowledge of security certificate management and implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tech stack: EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, and Ansible.
