What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain high-scale distributed services for eSignature platforms.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and AI-driven APIs to power multi-screen customer experiences.
• Optimize system performance across the full stack, from network protocols to database tuning.
• Drive developer efficiency through robust CI/CD pipelines, automation, and best practices.
• Mentor engineering team members through detailed design discussions and code reviews.
• Utilize telemetry and data to resolve complex system scalability and reliability challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale distributed systems.
• 8+ years of experience building resilient and highly available web services.
• Strong background in full stack development.
• Experience documenting architectural standards and decisions.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, Java, and C#.
• Practical knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Experience working in SaaS or Cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management.
