TL;DR

Senior Compensation Analyst (Equity): Developing and implementing global equity reward frameworks with an accent on LTI program design, scenario modeling, and share-based compensation (SBC) strategies. Focus on building scalable equity processes, conducting benchmarking for senior leadership, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance and Legal teams.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Support the design and implementation of equity positioning and grant guidelines.
  • Produce benchmarking insights and reward summaries for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to global LTI program design and complex scenario modeling.
  • Model share-based compensation (SBC) and track dilution metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Tax departments on forecasting and geographic feasibility.
  • Prepare structured recommendations and analytical packs for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with equity compensation (RSU, ESOP, LTI programs).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, including financial and scenario analysis.
  • Strong background in compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Understanding of equity structures, dilution, and global pay frameworks.
  • Must be able to work from the Limassol office or relocate to Cyprus.
