What you will do

• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for operational process optimization.
• Create analytical tools and financial models to enhance performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and requirements.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare regular monthly reports and handle ad-hoc financial inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• English proficiency required for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Planning Analytics software.
