FX Risk Manager

What you will do

• Develop and maintain FX risk management policies and define acceptable exposure limits.
• Identify, measure, and monitor FX exposures across global subsidiaries.
• Execute hedging strategies using instruments like forwards, spot, options, and swaps.
• Optimize intercompany netting and treasury processes within TMS and ERP systems.
• Manage bank relationships, compliance, and cash flow planning to ensure liquidity.
• Prepare and present risk reports on hedging effectiveness and market impact to management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Treasury with a specific focus on FX risk.
• Hands-on experience executing FX transactions and working with banking partners.
• Solid analytical skills in exposure tracking, financial forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with treasury management processes, including cash flow planning and payments.
• Familiarity with multi-currency environments and treasury systems/ERP.
• Proficiency in communicating complex financial risks to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with options and swaps hedging instruments.
• Previous exposure to TMS or specialized ERP risk management modules.
