What you will do

• Collaborate with development and product teams to establish comprehensive test approaches.
• Design and implement manual and automated test plans for API, UI, and functional requirements.
• Integrate automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Maintain test data and environments while identifying and resolving product defects.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to testing workflows, risk management, and team onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development or QA automation experience including BDD.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Cucumber, and testing frameworks like Playwright or Jest.
• Proven experience in REST API testing and CLI tools like Git.
• Excellent communication skills in English for interactions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Romania.
