Location: Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Park office three days per week.

What you will do
- Define and monitor key pricing performance and competitor intelligence metrics.
- Utilize Python, SQL, and Databricks to automate pricing workflows and perform financial analysis.
- Apply AI and machine learning to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Senior Pricing Managers to develop value calculators and future-state models.
- Design scalable pricing infrastructure to support segment-specific and differentiated strategies.
- Partner with Editorial, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align pricing with product positioning.
Requirements
- Right to live and work in the UK is mandatory.
- Availability for in-person work at the Milton Park office (min. 3 days/week).
- Advanced analytical expertise with proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI and machine learning for pricing or marketing analytics.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Expertise in the Print Book and eBook value chain.
- Background in academic publishing or multi-channel consumer/reseller analytics.
