Solution Engineer

TL;DR

Solution Engineer: Supporting customers in the adoption and optimization of data architecture and cloud solutions with an accent on technical sales, proof of concept design, and architectural strategy. Focus on demonstrating hirify.global's value proposition, solving complex data challenges, and building long-term technical relationships with executive and technical teams in the French and Israeli markets.

Location: Must be based in Paris (Hybrid work format).

What you will do

• Present technology and strategic vision to executive and technical audiences.
• Lead the end-to-end technical sales cycle, including demonstrations and proof of concept design.
• Develop technical champions within accounts to drive deal success.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to improve product positioning.
• Engage with partners and the broader ecosystem to build joint architectures and account strategies.
• Maintain deep market knowledge and competitive intelligence to effectively position solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution engineering or solution architecture within a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew is strictly required (written and spoken).
• Strong background in data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Leadership and relationship-building skills to drive technical wins.
• Experience working within the Israeli market.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Knowledge of modern data tools like dbt, Spark, and Git.
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
